Do your products come with an AirTag?+
No. Our products are designed to fit the AirTag tracker, but the tracker itself is sold separately by Apple. We focus on what we do best — beautifully made accessories that hide and protect it.
Are you affiliated with Apple?+
No. Findables is an independent brand by Plus Queen Design Inc. "AirTag" is a trademark of Apple Inc. Our products are designed to be compatible with the AirTag, not endorsed by Apple.
What is an AirTag Placeholder?+
It's a disc with the same size and dimensions as an AirTag, made of stone (rose quartz, marble, tiger eye, lapis) or 3D-printed bioplastic. If you don't want to use a tracker in a particular accessory, the placeholder lets the housing still close perfectly.
Where are your products made?+
Most Findables-branded items are designed and finished in Vancouver, BC. We choose Canadian makers first; when we go further (e.g. for specific leathers or hardware), we name the country of origin on the product page.
Can I see prices in USD?+
Yes. Use the CAD / USD toggle in the header. Canadian visitors see CAD by default; visitors elsewhere see USD. The conversion is for display only — your final charge is settled by our payment processor at current rates.
