Shipping & returns.

Shipping

  • Canada: 2–5 business days via Canada Post Expedited. Free over CAD $80.
  • United States: 4–8 business days. Flat USD $12 or free over USD $90.
  • International: 7–21 business days. Calculated at checkout.
  • All orders ship from our Vancouver, BC studio within 1–2 business days.
  • You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery, in unused condition with original packaging.
  • Custom and 3D-printed items (e.g. personalised placeholders) are final sale.
  • Email returns@findables.shop with your order number to start a return.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Currency & taxes

Prices are displayed in CAD or USD depending on your location. Canadian customers are charged in CAD; all other customers (including the United States and international) are charged in USD by our payment processor at the time of sale. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
